SPECIAL EVENT in Asheville. Stonewall Celebration sponsored by Tranzmission will be held at Pritchard Park. The rally will start at 2:00 pm. Speakers will include Michael “The Rubberman” Harney and Louise Newton. Bring banners and signs and dress fabulously for the March that will begin at 3:00 pm. The March will be followed with Rainbow Sherbet for everyone when the March circles back around to Pritchard Park. It’s July, and that means it’s officially Summer (not you, Summer, the season). I took the Vista Cruiser in so the greased-up man at the auto shop could take a look under her hood. Now, before your mind slips too far into the gutter, he was not covered in the good kind of grease, he was missing at least four teeth, and he smelled like rotten eggs. But, he knows his way around the Cruiser’s engine.
